Policy
We
will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products
purchased from ImpEx Mart.
Damage
products
If
the product you buy from ImpEx mart is damage then we will cheerfully refund
the purchase price or the product. It may take a further 5 to 7 business days
for the funds to appear in your account. This time may vary depending on your
financial institution.
Dispatch &
Deliveries Policy
Orders
are processed Every Friday from 9am – 4:00 AEST (Sydney Time). Orders that miss
this cut off will be processed the next Friday. ie, Order after 11am Friday,
will be processed the following Friday.
In
some cases once your order has been processed we may need to contact you before
it can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay with your shipping please
respond to any phone or email requests ASAP.
You
will receive tracking advice via email once your order has been dispatched,
this will be emailed to you.
Our Expected
Delivery Times will be depending on the postage fees you paid. Please find

note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’ unless stated otherwise.

within Australia costs from $26.65 to $29.70 for all orders, where the weight
is less than 5 Kgs

may vary depending on the delivery address of orders.
Australian
orders can take 1-10 working days from the date of dispatch. Please account
extra days for public holidays as couriers and postal services do not operate
on public holidays
